Premium spirits and wine company, Pernod Ricard USA (PRUSA), engaged Santiago ROI to analyze current and project potential Hispanic market share for their brand portfolio. We began by conducting field research in emerging and key markets.
Santiago ROI conducted Hispanic opportunity sizing evaluation, then re-positioned Money Mart brand to Hispanic market. We developed phased implementation strategy that included store re-design, staff training and time-sensitive radio and OOH campaign.
Santiago ROI revitalized Telscape’s brand promise to the Hispanic market and developed a communications plan to drive awareness, acquisition and retention for local telephony and pre-paid wireless introduction. The two year plan included DRTV, DM, radio and print media, as well as Retail.
Santiago ROI developed an in-culture voice for the Salud con Health Net program. We then produced local radio spots featuring actual health care providers speaking in-language and in-context to regional Hispanic audiences.
